Nano Banc recognizes and respects how important financial privacy is to you. This Online Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to you when you choose to access and use our website. For customers of Nano Banc, we also have a separate Privacy Notice which addresses additional information collection and sharing practices.

The terms “we,” “us,” “our,” “Bank,” and similar terms in this Policy shall refer to Nano Banc. The terms “you,” “your” and similar terms in this Policy will refer to the Nano Banc website user.

Collection, Use and Retention of Your Information

We may collect, use, and retain nonpublic personal information about users of our website and mobile app to comply with law, as permitted by law, to respond to your requests, and to administer accounts and provide related services. For the purpose of this policy, the term “nonpublic personal information” shall mean personally identifiable financial information.

More specifically, we collect the following nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Disclosure of Information

We do not disclose the nonpublic personal information that is collected about our present or former customers, or users of our website, as identified above, to affiliates or unaffiliated third parties except as permitted by law. For example, these instances permitted by law may include from time to time:

Mobile Application -The mobile application requests access to information stored on your device such as location, camera, contacts, or other features you are enrolled in to enrich and simplify your own user experience and improve our services, as well as provide additional security to protect your account.

  • Before granting access to this information, you will be prompted to give the application that permission.
  • If you do not wish to grant that permission, you may decline.

If you later change your mind, those permissions can be updated in your device’s settings.

Maintenance of Accurate Information – We have implemented procedures to help ensure that your nonpublic personal information is maintained in a commercially reasonable manner so that it is accurate, current, and complete. How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data
