Lynn McKenzie-Tallerico has over 40 years of experience in the banking industry. She served as National Advisory Partner for Regional and Community Banks FOR KPMG LLP, helping to coordinate all advisory services to one of the largest industry segments, such as strategy and finance. McKenzie-Tallerico is mostly known for her strategic expertise in lending, bank operations, financial operations, risk management and internal controls. She served on the board of CASA Los Angeles where she was a member of the executive committee and chair of the audit and risk committee.

Buster brings a 35-year career in banking, including five years in London with First Interstate Bank’s international and capital markets group and five years in Singapore with London-based Standard Chartered Bank. In 1999, Buster committed to a two-year assignment as chief operating officer for the Los Angeles County district attorney. Buster’s 14 years of experience as a community bank CEO and his perspective in guiding high-growth companies will give the board valuable insights as board vice chair.

A powerhouse in rebuilding financially and regulatory-troubled banks, Lenz is a leading banking professional who has led executive positions in community banks in California, Arizona and Massachusetts. Lenz’s passion for community, achieving growth goals and overall understanding of new banking technologies make her a powerful chairman of the board.

Conne is best known for partnering with community bank leadership groups to integrate their technology strategies as they look to grow and future proof their institution. He is a Senior Vice President for BankOnIT USA.

Amarpreet Malik brings 17 years of experience in the Legal Profession, Real Estate Management, and Charitable Organizations. He is a Founding Board Member of Khalsa Care Foundation since 2009, actively engaging youth in community outreach, including the Khalsa Food Pantry. He serves on the board of Ik Manzil, facilitating over $1 million in annual grants to charities since 2009. Since 2012, he owns Papillion Eastern Imports, a women’s boutique with offices in Vancouver and Los Angeles. Managing properties for the Malik Family Living Trust since 2007, and with a law degree from Loyola Law School and California Bar membership, Amarpreet’s diverse background is a valuable asset to the Company’s present and future.

John Davies boasts over 50 years of insurance industry experience and a rich history of board positions in non-profit and community banking sectors. He has been with Massachusetts Mutual since 1972, holding various roles, including Executive Vice President and General Agent for the Los Angeles office. Currently, he serves as an Agent Emeritus, specializing in high-net-worth counseling and wealth transfer. Mr. Davies was a former Director of Woronoco Bancorp Inc. until its acquisition by Berkshire Hills Bancorp in 2005. He then joined Berkshire Bank/Berkshire Hills Bancorp’s Boards, serving as a director until his retirement in 2023. During his tenure, he chaired the Compensation Committee and was a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee from 2009 to 2023. The Company values Mr. Davies’ extensive experience as a key asset for evaluating its present and future direction.

His management experience as a team leader coupled with board advisory roles makes him an invaluable asset to our bank board as a member. He has a proven track record in strategic planning, business development, complex real estate transactions, loan and deposit structuring, and corporate governance. He is skilled in building and maintaining client relationships, and adept at navigating complex financial landscapes. Simon’s deep understanding of Orange County’s real estate market, combined with his strategic mindset, provides critical insights that inform our business decisions.

James is a seasoned financial services executive with a proven track record of success. He has held leadership positions at prominent financial institutions, including Professional Business Bank, Greater Bay Bancorp, Chela Financial Companies, and BankAmerica Corporation. Westfall’s expertise spans a wide range of areas, including financial management, asset/liability management, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. He is a past president of the National Asset/Liability Management Association. He has a deep understanding of complex financial instruments and has successfully led teams through periods of significant change and growth. A strong advocate for community involvement, Westfall has served on various boards and committees, including Beacon Business Bank, Presidio Bank, the Salvation Army, the Rotary Club of Healdsburg, and the Public School Success Team. His dedication to financial excellence and community service makes him a valuable asset to the Banc’s board.
