Danelle is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with over 25 years of experience, serving most recently as the CFO of a $1B asset bank holding company on the central coast of California. Danelle began her career in public accounting at a top 10 firm with a focus on auditing community banks.    She has held key leadership roles at both publicly traded and privately held community banks ranging in total asset size from $500MM to $8B and is known for her expertise in balance sheet management, strategic planning, risk assessment, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory reporting. She is a valuable asset for evaluating present and future direction at Nano Banc.

Parham Medhat previously served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Operations & Technology Officer at Luther Burbank Savings.  In this role he was responsible for deposit and lending operations, loan servicing, information technology and project management. Prior to joining Luther Burbank in 2019, Mr. Medhat served as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer at CTBC Bank USA from 2014 to 2019 responsible for all aspects of bank operations including core systems, online banking, mobile banking, quality assurance, retail banking operations, loan servicing, international banking, wires, treasury operations, information security, internet banking, policy and procedures; previous to that as Senior Vice President, Director of Bank Operations at Opus Bank; and in several roles over thirteen years at CapitalSource Bank. Mr. Medhat holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, Long Beach and a master’s degree in education from California State University, Dominguez Hills.

Andrew is Nano Banc’s Chief Credit Officer with extensive experience in lending, credit, and enterprise risk management. Having worked with C3bank, N.A. in Encinitas, CA, and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) he has achieved remarkable results, including overseeing $920MM in originations and impressive net loan growth. Andrew has developed underwriting analysis models, led credit training programs, and drafted credit-related policies. His expertise in deal structuring and risk selection has minimized regulatory concerns, maximized shareholder returns, and he has effectively managed portfolio risk, implemented CECL, and enhanced credit quality control systems, helping bring results to our organization.
